1. Controller
WEREA S.r.l., registered office in Via Lamarmora 13/c, Monza, Italy, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. For any privacy matter write to info@wiredenterprise.eu.
2. Contact form
When you use the contact form we process the data you provide: name, organisation, email address, the topic you select, your message and the page language. We use them only to answer your enquiry and follow up on it. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). The data are stored in the group CRM, hosted on the SweetHive platform on AWS infrastructure in the EU (Ireland, eu-west-1), and are kept no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless a business relationship follows.
3. Analytics (only with your consent)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Google Consent Mode v2 is set to denied by default: no analytics cookies are set and no measurement takes place until you accept the banner. We never grant advertising signals. Reports are aggregated; event data are retained for a maximum of 14 months. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie section below. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Provider: Google Ireland Ltd; data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
4. Technical data
The site is served from AWS infrastructure with origin in the EU (Ireland) through a content delivery network. Infrastructure providers process technical data (such as IP addresses) transiently to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not use these data to identify visitors.
5. Recipients
Data are accessed only by authorised WEREA staff and by the processors that run our infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (hosting, EU region), the SweetHive platform (group CRM) and, only after consent, Google (analytics). We do not sell personal data or use them for third-party marketing.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing (Artt. 15-21 GDPR) and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@wiredenterprise.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
